At XYERO, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Item Condition

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include all original tags

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

Items that are used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made bags

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

These restrictions help maintain product quality and fairness for all customers.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact.xyero@gmail.com

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • Instructions on how to return your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping Method

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as XYERO cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Packaging

Returned items must be sent in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Exchange Process

  1. Request an exchange through our support email.

  2. Return the original item following the return instructions.

  3. Place a new order for the replacement item.

Price Differences

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.

  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement item

  • Full refund

  • Store credit

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by XYERO.
